Here is the form of processing questions that I use when clarifying my inbox “stuff.” I print out this sheet, cut along the indicated lines, and place the cut forms into a plastic storage bag. When I process my inbox, I staple or clip one of these processing question slips onto the item or document, answer the questions aloud and in writing on the form, and then proceed. I have found this method works for me!
