So much is happening right now and so quickly! In this podcast episode, I list three areas where I watch to recognize the signs: depression, confusion, and frustration. There are also signs that may indicate a reaction to a community trauma and crisis fatigue. I share these signs and their significance to our teaching and learning situation.

To combat the fatigue, I find it very helpful to laugh — a lot! I have recently been introduced to a very amusing dog named Pluto. Here is my favorite short video about the dangers of ingesting too much news. Enjoy!
