I think everyone should spend time in the “learning mode” in order to remember that the main road to skill mastery and ability development is filled with opportunities to practice small and practice deep by how we choose to build our habits.
I talked of two books that contain useful information about this subject area. I highly recommend both books; I read a lot of useful information about habit building and skill development.
