We have preferred behaviors to accomplish particular goals, but many of us quit when we are unable to do our preferred behaviors because life interrupted our routines and disrupted our schedules. This episode suggests two more categories of behaviors to identify and plan in order to maintain progress or keep from sliding backward.

Pay attention this week to what areas in your life lack humor. What were some situations where you or your children were sad or mad? Where did humor abandon you? Notice the situations or people that pulled you away from your laughter.
